Natural born artist

Nina Targan Mouravi, born in Georgia is the daughter of  the  poet and translator A. Bestavashvili and the artist R. Targan Mouravi. She lives in Holland since 20 years. She paints portraits and translates russian poets into dutch. Why do Georgian artists have to live abroad? This question is at the origin of the project Artificial_Artists_of_Georgia. Not that I think I can find an answer. But going in artist’s residency in Georgia what could I do? Why not try and make artificial artists?
